We all have guilty pleasures.
Mine was the boy my father took in. The guy everyone said I was too good for. The one I knew would ruin me.
But I couldn’t help it. The way Noah Greyson’s voice sounded when he sang whiskey lullabies to me in the dark; how perfect his arms felt wrapped around my stomach, his nose nuzzled in my hair- that’s what made me fall. That intimacy was what made me so very weak. But now millions of women drift off to sleep while Noah sings the love story we wrote, and it was never meant for the world.
The worst mistake I made wasn’t loving him, it was thinking he loved me, too.
At least, that’s what I thought until now…
Review of Whiskey Lullaby by Stevie J Cole

5 Emotional Stars
This book was so different than most Stevie J. Cole books, it was highly emotional and gripped my heart from the beginning. From start to finish it was brilliant. The storyline flowed flawlessly, the writing was impeccable. The characters were so beautifully written and so relatable. I loved this book…
I was definitely head cheerleader for Noah and Hannah. The chemistry between them was undeniable and magnetic. Hannah the preachers daughter and all around good girl is back home to take care of her sick mother when the “bad boy” everyone warned her about starts working for her Dad. Noah is the bad boy from the other side of town, the boy who is not good enough for Hannah. The boy with the most beautiful voice. The one everyone says isn’t good enough.
This is a book you read in one sitting. I laughed, especially at Noah’s grandma and cried with Hannah, My heart broke right along with Noah. This book will hit everyone of your feelings. This book was beautiful, a must read.
